My name is Tony Willis and I have been gaining a following in nutrition since I first wrote about food, training and diet for an article in Combat magazine way back in the early 1980's. I have been training martial Arts for well over 40 years and coaching for over 20 of those. I now teach competitors in Boxing, MuayThai, MMA and Kickboxing. Anyone familiar with combat sports will know that they compete in weight categories. Achieving the correct weight at a set time and date while ensuring the optimum health and fitness levels of the athletes is difficult.
Now there are a full range of online courses available for everyone. There are courses to get you ready for the beach, to make sure you are ready for your wedding day or to compete in a sporting event. The courses are all about YOU. What you are looking to achieve at this specific moment in time.
An important element of any success is knowing what you want to achieve and by when. Otherwise how do you know what success looks like.
